Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile development to multiple teams. LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.

This course is suited to a wide audience interested to better understand what LeSS is about. This training offers a good introduction into a new and modern Agile Scaling framework without the need to commit and invest in the full certification course.
Attendees will learn more about the history of LeSS and gain an understanding of the LeSS and LeSS Huge frameworks. Additionally they will learn about and achieve a clear understanding and appreciation for the roles and ceremonies within the LeSS framework.
