What happens if you have to cancel? This would be an unfortunate outcome and we would be very sorry to hear this news. If you have no other choice but to cancel, there are certain options available to you:
30 days or more prior to the course:
Send a substitute in your place at no extra charge or alternatively a refund will be issued subject to a $150 processing charge. You also have the option to change over to the next scheduled date for the same course.
Between 14 and 29 days prior to the course:
Send a substitute in your place at no extra charge or alternatively change over to the next scheduled date for the same course.
13 days or less from the start of the course:
Send one of your colleagues in your place. Regrettably, no refund is available.
In the event that ThreePoints needs to cancel a training course, attendees that have already paid for such course will be given the choice of a full refund on the fees paid or to be registered on the next available equivalent course. ThreePoints will not be held liable for any additional delegate costs incurred beyond the training course fee, such as but not limited to, e.g. travel and accommodation.
